SWR Group-Profile-Form – This form is to help SWR customize your group’s trip so it needs to be discussed with your group and filled out by your Group Leader. This form needs to be either emailed or mailed to SWR prior to trip.
SWR Medical-Form – This form is to be filled out by each participant prior to your trip. This form needs to be either emailed or mailed to SWR prior to trip.
SWR Registration-Release-Form – This form is to be filled out by each participant prior to your trip. This form needs to be either emailed or mailed to SWR prior to trip.

SWR Participant-Handbook – This handbook is to be reviewed by all participants prior to your trip.
SWR Safety-Policies – This document describes in detail the safety policies and protocol set forth by SWR.
